Jon has known my family for about 10 years. Don't know why he doesn't have many Google reviews, because he is, in my mind, the best realtor in terms of attention to customer wants and needs in Houston, hands down. I give his contact to all my friends and family looking to buy or sell here in the Houston area, and he even took my parents to Austin to show them some properties.
If you're thinking of buying or selling, and (like what I've been stuck on sometimes) you're stuck between multiple qualities you're looking for in a house or a lot, Jon has the ability to solve those problems by showing you properties specifically geared towards either that will help you make up your mind because it points out pros and cons really efficiently. He has a unique insight, particularly in south Houston/Sugar Land, because he's grown up and lived there for a while.
Everyone I've recommended to him has only good things to say about him, and he's shown them around at their convenience, usually on weekends. He's taken us around early on Sunday mornings as well. I would highly recommend him for his insight, his crazy work ethic and his understanding of his customers. I think he is unparalleled in those fields.
