  The creme de La Creme. Beautiful facility the manager there is top of the line. Very caring and quality people working there.

  I have stored for many years and at many locations. First Colony Self Storage is by far the nicest, best maintained facility I have ever experienced. I cannot imagine that there are better property managers anywhere than Robert and Nancy. Every tenant gets VIP treatment.

  I have stored here for 5 years. It is always clean and extremely well kept. The security is excellent. My things are always clean (no hidden rodents). I am never afraid to be there, at night. Nancy and Robert are on the property, most of the time. They are just the best managers ever. And, they know their tenants. After Hurricane Harvey passed through the area, I called Nancy and told her I needed the largest unit she had available. She handled all the documentation, immediately. This was one of my best moves, ever. Both of my daughter's homes flooded. The flood destroyed everything in the lower floor of one daughter's house. The other daughter did need to use the unit. I appreciate Nancy's quick response to my needs. The next day (after I called her) she had only small units left. My son-in-law has also commented on what a really nice place this is.

  It has come to my attention that the review I posted last night did not reflect my feelings about First Colony Self Storage. The review was incorrectly reflected as a 1 star. This is a 5 star business! Robert and Nancy, who manage it, are the best! They are so nice and so very helpful. Plus, and this is very important, my belongings are safe there. The building is well patrolled and very, very clean. Young men who were helping my daughter move some of her things in there commented on how beautifully kept the building and storage areas are. Please believe me when I say that First Colony Self Storage is a prime place to store your treasures!

  I have been storing at First Colony Self Storage for over 4 years. I moved to California and have come back to ship my stuff in storage to California. The storage looks as clean and well kept as it did 4 year ago. Robert & Nancy are still the managers there and are still giving amazing customer service. They came out of their apartment after hours (they live on the property) to help me get in as I forgot my code. They told me they had been there for over 12 years. What a nice surprise when I opened my unit after four years thinking it might smell, but it did not, weren't any bugs and really very little dust. Just think about it, receiving just as good customer service when you are moving out as the customer service I got the day I moved in. Great storage, none better, not even in California.
