  Service is good. They do what they are required to do. But I was not able to reach out to the service person that they have assigned to me and had to wait about half day to talk to.

  First off, Patti Adams is wonderful and went above and beyond with an issue she assisted me with. She's wonderful.
  
  Brionna Wright was a pleasure, super cool, extremely precise and thorough.
  
  Appreciate the staff and techs I didn't have contact with that touched my car as well.

  I have used Buerkle Honda to service my wife’s Nissan Rogue for over 5 years. Very professional staff ,well kept and clean waiting room, and usually in and out in good time. I like the fact that they don’t try to sell you in things you don’t need, always seem to find me a discount on some part, and wash your car for you. I’ve always had positive interactions at this business.
