Barbecue Roll House

Haven't had better rolls than this place and very fair prices, Texas Sized Rolls can be another name for this place. Those ppl who know of Bundu Khan, the taste is somewhat similar and as good as bundu khan at fraction of price

I had know about the food trucks in that lot but whenever I went to get the haleem bowl, they were always closed.
One day on a weekend I was going to visit a friend who suggested to stop and get rolls. I didn’t know first where he was talking about but then I came to realize that I had been going on days they used to be closed.
First time I tried their rolls, it was the best rolls I every had, hands down and everytime, the rolls have pretty much been the same.

However, there was one time I went there. They were busy and I was really hungry after a long day at work. I had ordered 2 rolls(beef Bihari and garlic Mayo).
There was another party which placed their order after me. But their food was ready before mine.
I have to admit I was a bit frustrated and angry like anyone would have been, but I didn’t express it(because I don’t like to create a scene).
Right after my order was ready, I took it. Didn’t say thank you and walked to my car. That was rude of me.

Once I had my food, I thought about it. And realize that I was wrong. The fact that I had a beef Bihari roll in my order and beef takes longer to cook than chicken. I was glad that unlike a repulsive irrational arrogant consumer, I had kept my frustration to myself. If they are cooking chicken, they are cooking it all together so no wonder other people whose order solely consisted of chicken rolls was done a bit sooner than mine.

And there are no favorites here, they are just trying to serve...and provide best service they can.

None the less, today I was fasting and at 5pm was driving back from friend’s house after helping him. I wanted to grab some food so I can eat it for iftar.
They were closed but only ones with their widow slightly popped open from the front door.
I called the number, the owner answered and I asked him if I could get some food because I was there.

He asked for 5mins and called me right back and told me my order was being ready. They didn’t open till 6pm. They were just prepping for their day.

Fact that they were considerate enough to make me 2 rolls before they opened because I was fasting. I don’t care what anyone says. They are providing the best service and food they can.

Maybe if it was not Ramadan, they may not have served me, but I admire that fact that they took it into consideration that maybe I was fasting.
I didn’t tell them I was, but they just assumed and I and glad they did because I was and I didn’t want to come out to get food as
I live in a PG situation where I cannot cook or store food at home, so I rely heavily on these Togo food services and I cannot thank them enough.
Today, In’Sha’Allah, I will break fast with their food. And I will definitely say a prayer for them. Not saying that my prayer gets accepted but you never know.
Simple task with a high reward!!!

I have tried so many rolls around houston, nothing nothing beats this place! Their tikka boti roll and beef bihari roll, hands down its the best in town!!!
