Good location, but wish there were more like it in Southwest Houston (Sugar Land/Stafford).
Unfortunately both times I've gone in for help, they were so skimpily staffed that it took almost 2 hours to get the info I went in for.
The drive-thru ATM is occasionally out of order. -

She is very knowledgeable, she is helpful and if there is something that is not her area of expertise she will get you to the person whom one needs to ask the question. I have never met a banker who is more professional yet very down to earth and approachable. Nadia is someone who works with each client individually and will help you come up with what is the best plan for your personal needs and for your business needs as well. If you need someone at a bank with whom you can build a great financial relationship with and not feel like a number but someone whose business is valued whether it is your 18 year old opening there first real account, a small business trying to find funding or someone who is well established and just wants to know they are in good hands. BBVA Sugar Creek's President Nadia is the person and the bank you can put your faith in 100% plus. She is all of that and a full size bag of chips,
