  The staff at Settegast-Kopf Company in Sugar Land were all consummate professionals, bringing a high degree of compassion to a very difficult time.
  
  In particular, Errol Demasiliere, Jr. was patient and understanding with all of his help. He was extremely responsive, through e-mail and phone, including on the weekend.
  
  The arrangements for our memorial service were also well done. We received a lot of compliments on the food provided, and the 'memorial video' was very good. Errol and his staff were also able to accommodate our offsite memorial location with minimal hiccups.
  
  The only challenge we had was needing to find a means to show the memorial video during the service, which required a fair amount of effort by my family to be successful. Make sure you have a laptop able to run DVD-encoded files.
  
  I can't recommend Settegast-Kopf Company in Sugar Land enough.

  At an incredibly difficult time, Cassie Vargas and her incredible team made things easier. I certainly wasn't thinking entirely clearly after Mom's death, but these professionals gently guided us through the process. Cassie went above and beyond. She genuinely cares and is exactly the person you need in this role. She shouldered much of the burden, making this easier than I'd feared. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Funeral Director Cassie Vargas was absolutely amazing! She assisted us with planning every detail of my brother's memorial service. Her patience and care was especially appreciated during our family's time of grief. The facility is beautiful and accommodated our large family. You will not be disappointed with this company if you entrust them with your loved one's service.

  Settegast-Kopt Funeral Director Cassie Vargas was a true blessing to me during a incredibly difficult time. Cassie helped me navigate the funeral planning process, funeral preparations, and was a tremendous comfort throughout the entire event. Cassie showed tremendous compassion toward myself and my family, as well as my deceased loved one.
  Cassie kept everything flowing smoothly, reminded me of the things I needed to take care of, assisted with paperwork associated with the passing of my loved one, and provided helpful suggestions when asked.
  I could not have made it through this traumatic event without Cassie!!!
  I appreciate her more than she will ever know!!

  We were very grateful to their attention to the smallest details that were very important to us. Also, the decor of the rooms was very soothing, and their staff very attentive.
