  Can't ask for a better Urgent care facility - these folks were courteous, professional, prompt and truly caring - from beginning to start they showed true compassion and make sure I knew that they were concerned. BIG shoutout to Dr. Jeudy and Teresa. Thank you for making a truly bad day a little better -

  This place is amazing! If you are in need of medical attention after hours or just do not have a primary physician of your own this is definitely the place to go! The staff are all so kind and considerate. Armando was so sweet to my kids! And the nurse practitioner (Monica) was great with my daughter who was having ear pain. They are quick and they do accept insurance.

  Last night my daughter injured her arm and we knew immediately we needed to take her somewhere.
  
  A friend told me that if your child ever breaks their arm to go to Next Level because they can cast in house for a minimal fee as opposed to having to go to a secondary location.
  
  We headed to Next Level and appreciated that they had standard self pay rates as our family is part of a Christian health sharing network and doesn't technically have insurance.
  
  We were greeted and quickly moved into a room to answer a few questions with our tech (William). While waiting for the provider to come in our daughter said she had to use the bathroom so I carried her to the bathroom and sat her on the seat. Instinctively she extended her hurt arm down to grab the seat and brace herself (she's only 2.5 and still potty training). She cried immediately and grabbed her arm again and told me she was done. I cleaned her up and carried her back into our room and all of a sudden she started to lift her arm and climb around to our surprise.
  
  Our provider (Ivan) entered and asked us a few questions but quickly started high fiving our daughter and examining her arm. He concluded she may have had nurses elbow (pulled elbow) and 'fixed' it when she extended her arm to brace herself on the toilet. He left and returned a few moments later saying we were cleared to go and wouldn't be charged for our visit as they didn't technically help us.
  
  Honestly, we would have paid the fee for their time because of the service they offered. I have never been treated so kindly and graciously by a medical provider and HIGHLY recommend Next Level to anyone needing urgent care!
  
  Thank you Next Level Sugar Land team and William and Ivan! You made an incredibly worrisome and difficult situation as painless and stress-free as possible.
