Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital First Colony

I recently had a MRI at Memorial Herman Surgical Hospital. I am very claustrophobic. The staff went way beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable and even sat by my side the entire procedure to make sure I was ok. I’ve never in my life been treated with so much compassion. I highly recommend this medical facility!!!!

I had a spine surgery at Memorial Hermann last Wednesday, February 26, 2020. I cannot give enough praise for this surgical center. From registration to checking out 5 days after my surgery, they were excellent. Extremely caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and their focus was on my healing and my husband's comfort as he stayed every day and night with me. I highly recommend this surgical facility. You will be blessed in so many ways.

John & Miguel were AWESOME!!! They treated me with the utmost respect & with compassion & kindness. The whole experience was amazingly comfortable. Will highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a MRI!!

I had a procedure scheduled yesterday morning. Upon entering I was unaware the facility is a full hospital. Check in was filled with standard forms one would expect prior to getting seen. It was shortly after turning the forms in , my wife and myself began to feel very comfortable. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere began to remind us of earlier times when hospital's cared more about the PERSON and not how they were getting paid. After being pulled for my CT scan Andrew and Stephanie were extremely helpful and Andrew explained everything in such detail it made my anxiety less. Their care was of true people who have a calling for helping one get better. The experience felt as if we just hanging out rather than being in a hospital. After the scan we met Dr. Masomeh who continued our laughter and easiness. We truly felt at ease and are so blessed places still are out here which continue to help people and make a true difference. Your facility is above standards anyone would expect and staff are as family. Our family is truly grateful.

Miguel was an excellent care provider to my daughter and myself. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain the process and procedure, and how much care, compassion and concern he showed us. He is a credit to his profession and a fine example of the type of person who should be in the health services industry. Thank you so much Miguel. I am eternally grateful.
