    Finding an honest and reasonable garage has been a challenge for me for quite some time. When NTB finally came to Sugar Land I decided to give them a chance and had the best experience ever. Dwayne is the GM for this location and has always worked with my needs and has provided me with exceptional customer service. He only tells you what you need, not what you don’t. I strongly recommend this location.

    Good place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've never been on a weekday. Love that they are open on Sundays because that's pretty much my only free day anymore. I've only had oil changes, tire rotation, and alignments completed. Completely satisfied with all. The pace is a little slower than I would like, but not sure if that's because its Sunday and fewer staff on hand. I have a 6 inch lift on my truck with off road tires and they have no problem aligning.
