Alings Chinese Bistro

Overall we enjoyed our dining experience at Aling’s and will visit again, but one thing was a little strange. My husband and I, a party of two, arrived around 5:45 pm and we were seated quickly; at that point there were only a few other diners there. We placed our order shortly after arrival and received the soup several minutes before receiving the spring rolls, followed by our entrees a few minutes later. The strange thing is that the many diners who arrived after us received their food several minutes before we did, and it was challenging to get a waiter’s attention to figure out what the delay was about. Fortunately our waiter did eventually arrive with our food and it was delicious and filling, but I wonder why we were served after the many diners who arrived after we did and why the starters were served at different times from one another.

Had a 5 hour layover so thought of going to Alings because I’ve heard so much about this fine dining. I’m so glad we did, the food was amazing, nothing like I’ve tasted before and the food quality was top notch. Loved the mango burst, and the fresh lime soda which my kids got. We ordered lobster, Manchurian fried rice, Hakka pepper steak, all was yummy! Service was amazing, all over experience was amazing food WAS amazing! Can’t say enough about this place! Definitely will be back!
