I highly recommend this to any man wanting to challenge themselves physically and mentally with a fantastic group of people. -

(December 5, 2018, 1:19 pm)FREE, Men only workout, outside rain or shine - can’t beat it. Great group of guys. I’ve been attending since March 2018 and rarely miss a workout. Tuesday, Thursday at 0530 and Saturday at 0630. Come on out!
