Overall, this was an excellent experience. I applaud the team for their efficiency and craftsmanship on the job. One suggestion: put some more effort into communication. We had to continuously call our representative and/or the company to make sure we were in the loop. For example, we were told we would be contacted within the day with a quote and we gave them 5 days before finally calling our rep. Other than that, every conversation and encounter was professional, kind, and personable. I also like that we get a bio of the technicians (via text) coming in to inspect or to work. The communication is what keeps this rating a 4 star.

Our heater broke on one of the coldest days of the year and Cardinal came out within the hour and made the necessary repairs. All of the team was courteous, professional and clear about the process. The technician gave me a thorough explanation of the issue and made helpful suggestions specific to my furnace in order to help maintain it. I am VERY happy with Cardinal and will use them for all of my heating and A/C needs in the future.

Our furnace went out over the weekend. We received prompt service and a detailed explanation of our problem less than an hour from our initial 12am phone call. Mike was able to determine what our issue was and advised us on the options that were available. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace. We had a crew out bright and early Monday morning to replace our furnace. Tyler and Andy were timely, polite and answered ever question we had! I would recommend their services to anyone! Thank you for helping us stay warm :)

Hard to give 5 stars but this place has earned it..... Great hospitality.... Love the samples... And they embrace the fact the best customers are repeat customers...i Highly recomend this place... If they don't have what you need they will try and get it just for your satisfaction...

Continue to receive amazing service at this store. Whenever I have a request to see if they can get an allocated item, the owner always goes above and beyond to get it. I will continue to only shop here as long as I live in Sienna!!

We just had a great experience with your company. Day after Christmas, and our heat was out. The technician Javier was so professional and knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem went back to your shop and got the part and came back in no time and had it fixed. He was also a great guy to talk to as well. Customer service is spot on. They've made special orders for me, remembered what my husband and I like, and made efforts to make personalized recommendations. Their pricing is also very fair, and often beats Spec's. Highly recommend.

Had an AC check done when my HOA organized it, something I've been meaning to do for years and just never got around to. Setting up the appointment was easy and the service was performed today and it was excellent. Got everything looked at and tested, all is working good.

Javier was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional....chatting with him was probably the best part and I'll be asking for him in the future if at all possible. I finally have at least a basic understanding of the kind of unit I have, which is really nice. Thanks Javier!
