Koko FitClub - Sugar Land

  I like Koko Fit Club because it is efficient, I can fit a workout in as my schedule changes, they mix up the workouts so you don't get bored, and I can manage and be responsible for my own effort and progress. Also, the facility is always clean, the equipment works as expected and the staff is helpful and pleasant. It is by far the best "gym" experience, and consequently the best results I've ever had from working out.
  
  In December of 2017 I weighed 230 pounds. Though I lost a few pounds from cutting back on how much I was eating and doing more walking, I was still over 220 pounds in March. My wife of 35 years died at the end of March from breast cancer and I knew that I needed to consciously switch from a caretaker role to taking care of myself if I was going to be able to manage this life change and the grief process. Going to Koko Fit Club not only gave me a "project" to get engaged with, it also gave me space to take it on at my own pace. It became as much a mental health exercise as a physical health one. Today, I weigh 190 pounds, which was my goal weight. I am also stronger and have more stamina. I'm even planning a ski trip for the first time in years. It might have been possible to get these results with another gym or another program, but Koko Fit Club made it easy for me and my schedule to build a healthy, efficient workout habit. I highly recommend them.

  I joined this gym 7 months ago and absolutely love it!
  Koko is very unique in that a digital key is given to each member and your progress is tracked. Each workout is designed specifically for you and all information is on the digital key, so you never have to figure out what exercises to perform or how much weight to lift. The smart trainer at every machine also ensures you perform each exercise within the correct pace for that exercise. It is like having a personal trainer with you!
  I highly recommend Koko, it is for every level of fitness and the staff is very helpful and supportive.

  I wasn't loving exercise until I found Koko FitClub. I dreaded exercise but Koko keeps me coming back for more. It's the perfect size and CLEAN. The equipment is the best. The workouts are designed for you and are very effective. Strength training is challenging sometimes but now I'm able to do things I thought I'd never be able to do. I truly LOVE that I get motivation from other members and that' what makes Koko a fun place.
  On the wall there's many quotes but my favorite is -Remember: sweat is fat crying. And mine is crying a lot. I was looking for a new beginning and I found it in Koko FitClub.
