  David with Platinum Construction was very personable and dependable . He was there when he said he was going to be and worked with the insurance company for us where we didn’t have to. As a matter of a fact his crew replaced two roofs for us and we very straight forward on what needed to be done. I feel we have built a lasting relationship and they also replaced our gutters for us ! Definitely top star in our books !!!!

  All the information about the roof repair and insurance were laid out in simple understandable terms. I was always able to contact David and he would respond in a quick and timely manner. The date was set, the workers came and finished on the time frame agreed upon. My guttering was replaced immediately after the roof was done. David has stopped by to check on us after the work was done. Thanks Platinum and David. I hope not to use them again....hail damage.....but if I need a roofing company, they are my choice.

  David and the crew were fantastic! He went to bat for us with our insurance company to make sure the job was done by the book. I have recommended Platinum to anyone that asks or anyone I hear say they need a roofer. We were so happy and relieved to have the job done so well and in a timely manner. Thanks to David for his personal attention.

  Platinum Construction provided us with excellent service from beginning to the end! After Hurricane Harvey hit us, we were left turned upside down. Gilbert Martinez showed up and explained how everything would go. I only had to deal with one person throughout the entire process. Gilbert was there when the insurance adjuster came, he was there when the work got started and was there when the work was done. I hate dealing with insurance companies, so when Platinum caught a mistake that the insurance company made, which could have cost me a lot of money, they fought for me and proved the mistake was that of the insurance company... I got another check in the mail! Gilbert lined up all the projects that I needed done on my schedule, not theirs.. when I had to put the project off for a while, due to work, it wasn’t an issue. All of Platinum’s employees were nice, professional and never left a mess! The end was result was beautiful! I receive so many compliments on their work! I definitely recommend Platinum Construction Solutions to anyone needing work done to their home.

  Luis Garcia and Platinum construction are excellent. Our roof and skylights were badly damaged in a hail storm and Luis Garcia and Platinum construction gave us a new roof and gutters and skylights. They were a delight working with our needs and the requirements of our home owners association. Highly recommend them!
