Can not say enough good things about this company. They are truly in this to help. Sure they need to make money but the never look to take advantage, charge excessive or make unnecessary repairs. If you find yourself in need of appliance repair - Call APL!!!
APL responded to my request for same day service. The technician was knowledgeable and fully explained the problem in a manner that was easy to understand. He came with all of the parts needed to complete the repair expeditiously during the same visit. The only small critique is that I was given an estimated arrival time for noon but did not receive a call that the technician was enroute until 20mins after the estimated arrival time. I would have preferred proactive notification before noon updating the estimated arrival time. Nonetheless, I feel the pricing was reasonable and the service was very good. I would recommend APL to others and will also use them again in the future.
We had three appliances out! Our built-in microwave, the ignition portion of our stove top, and our dishwasher! I hadn’t needed to use a repair company for appliances in a very long time so I didn’t know who to call. After reading reviews around on the web, I decided on this company. They did not disappoint! And they absolutely live up to their five star reviews. They were courteous, on time, and did exactly what they said they were going to do at exactly the cost they quoted for parts and labor. I could not be more pleased and will definitely be using them again if the need arises and will be recommending to anyone who will listen!
