  Given the previous reviews i say they do take them seriously. They have improved (not that I have ever experienced anything other than exceptional treatment) My two sons have been seeing Dr. Bishop since birth. Yes the wait time is long to speak to the nurse but please understand they are other humans waiting to talk to them about there little humans and besides there work load. The my chart is great schedule appointments, send mjs. to the doctors/nurses the do respond or give a call if need be. you have the records on the chart. Oh Dr. Bishop what can I say he is experienced doctor listens to my concerns and puts them at ease, explains once twice if need be the nurses are kind and friendly , yes you do have the oh they are busy and rush a little but again they got kids to attend and don't be late it only takes one child to ruin the schedule (done it before ) sorry. Dr. Wang seen her as well since Dr. Bishop is busy too called that day to schedule and yes they work with your schedule. :D first time mommy fears when away knowing that you have a great medical back up. (oh and my Mother in law her kids also had him as a doctor till they where no longer at the age to see him. Front desk is good and reg. payment nothing in life is free you pay for groceries before you leave the store ppl. They are a business too.

  My two children have seen Dr. Bishop from birth which is for more than 15 years, and without a doubt, he is one of the best pediatricians in the Houston area. He has seen us through so many illnesses and conditions. Dr. Bishop always knows the problem afflicting my kids. If my children need a specialist, he gives me a list of highly qualified specialists he recommends in the Houston area, and we have been to several specialists over the years. I am absolutely shocked at reading some of the negative reviews. He would never tell me to not seek a second opinion. However, I would never feel the need to seek a second opinion unless it was needed from a specialist. As everyone does, I research medical issues online, and I've brought my research to Dr. Bishop without feeling chastised or shamed by him. I trust Dr. Bishop with my children's lives and can't say enough good things about him. He is a kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable doctor.
  
  My only thought is that maybe his personality has been at odds with those writing negative reviews, or maybe there has been some sort of language barrier. I just don't understand it. We've never had a negative experience with him in more than 15 years. He is an amazing doctor, and I will be absolutely devastated when my children are too old to see him.
  
  As for the office and nursing staff, again we have always had great experiences. They are all friendly and helpful. The nurses have given great advice over the phone, and always return my calls (when applicable). After any tests, I receive a phone call with results in a timely manner.
  
  I've recommended Dr. Bishop to many people over the years, and I will continue to do so.

  Doctor Wang is amazing doctor.yes you have to wait a little longer after your appointment time because there always so busy,there so busy because there good and people including me keep coming back.

  We recently moved and so many around me recommended Texas Children's Pediatrics, I tried it and loved it. Doctor Wang is amazing. She is caring, listens to you, and takes time with her patients. We have been going there for a little over 6 months and will continue to take my children there. The staff is also very helpful. With early appointments I never had to wait more than 5 minutes, but if you make afternoon appointments be prepared to wait a little longer. I think the longest I've waited was about 25 minutes one afternoon which is nothing compared to 50 minutes I used to wait at our previous pediatrician. I highly recommended them.
