“Behind any good company is a great owner. Richard Baker and his team have done an excellent job on our home twice now. We first hired Baker Construction to replace our roof in 2014 following a hail storm. They did a fantastic job with the roof which held up well against Harvey. There were no leaks and not a single shingle was damaged. Richard recommended that we change our gutters also at the same time. We decided to forego the gutters, which ended up proving to be costly mistake. We had localized flooding in our backyard concrete patio because the old gutters had failed. Unfortunately, some of the water made its way inside, damaging part of the flooring and drywall. We immediately contacted Baker Construction to replace the gutters with high capacity 6" gutters. He replaced rotted siding around the house and repainted the exterior. He paid careful attention to the paint and ensured that the gutters matched the rest of the house. He came up with a custom cream color for the gutters. He didn't just slap on plain white gutters. Since the gutter replacement, water now flows away from our foundation and keeps the water out of the flood prone areas in our backyard. I whole-hardheadedly recommend Baker Construction. If he recommends replacement or repair, it's because you really do need it!”

“The Sugar Land campus is nice but the parking situation is miserable. There's only one way in and one way out so it can get backed up. The overflow parking is open sometimes but there are no signs to indicate if it's open or not so you can't find out until you go down the row it's at the end of. It's quite difficult to turn around there. As far as administration and classes are concerned, it's a good school. The cost effectiveness is nice too.”

“My school of honor. One of the best with great knowledgeable Professors. Good learning environment, best teacher_student relationship and varied ethnic mixing and tolerance. Tuition is a bit expensive compared to other colleges but they are academically advanced with modern techs and ahead of their counterparts. Sugarland campus is large and there is a big public library next to it.”
