“Haven't had the time to get a check up in a while so I stopped by Sienna Modern Dentistry. One thing I can say is amazing. I was a little nervous at first but James, one of the assistants there, took care of me and went that extra mile to make me feel more at home. I saw Dr Cao that day and was pleased at how thorough he was and the way he explained everything. Also I want to thank Mike for helping me and laying out my options since I didn't have insurance. “A great Doctor..very patient, gives you a lot of time and goes into details to explain your child's condition, she gives you options for treatment if that's possible.I drive for 30 minutes to take my daughter to see her because she's worth it. The Memorial Herman Medical Group Sienna Pediatrics is very clean, spacious, the front desk ladies are very nice and helpful, Dr.Stoerner's nurse is excellent and kind . She's been my Raina's Doctor for three years and we are very happy with her.”

“If you are looking for a new pediatrician I have to shout the praises of the new Blue Fish pediatrics. We transferred our two boys, 5 and 7, there to be patients of Dr. Deray and it was great! He spent at least 20 minutes getting to know my boys by talking to them and gaining their trust. His bedside manner was impeccable and he even detected a slight heart murmur of in my 7 year old that have never previously been diagnosed.”

“Dr. Solis and Dr. Sanchez are really awesome! Not only have they taken great care of all my animals, but they also give great advice when needed. Recently, Dr. Solis was soooo helpful and reassuring when my mom's dog ate some chicken bones. He was able to pass them completely without incident. I could not have handled the situation without her excellent counsel. Every member of the staff here is great with animals and great at customer service. I highly recommend them.”

“I like this pharmacy as it is convenient for me. My prescriptions are always ready. The technicians are always friendly in person. The service is quick. When you call over the phone, I'm not sure who answers, but the customer service is always inconsistent. Sometimes the lady or gentlemen over the phone is rude and quick to hang up. They sometimes sound like they've had a rough day. I've only experienced two problems in the past. Unfortunately, my insurance company always rechecks my refills each time so when I normally go once monthly, it's normally declined. With this being said, the technicians are never helpful. They always say they will call the insurance company and handle it. It never gets handled. It luckily goes through after me having to wait one or two times after it declines. The second time I had a problem was with a consultation I had with the pharmacist. When I finished agreeing for the consultation I had to wait five minutes, though I saw him sitting down looking at his phone. Then when he comes towards me he looked as if I had bothered him. He went really quick over the directions on how to take the medication correctly. When I began to ask questions he didn't seem alert at first but answered them. Overall, I like this pharmacy. I've never had any extreme problems or complaints.”
