“As a web services provider for TMS Serenity Center, I have had the opportunity to learn about Kimberly Cress and the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (the TMS in their name) treatment. I have to say, I am amazed with both. I have since met a lot of people in Sugar Land who have used Kimberly for psychiatry services and absolutely love her. Its hard for someone to open up and admit they needed a service like this. But, knowing she is a client seems to break down the walls and people have spoken very candidly with me about how she has helped them. The TMS system for people suffering severe depression, seems like nothing short of a miracle to me, especially when Kimberly presented a study at the American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting showing a 70% improvement statistic. “I will recommend Steven to every of my friends who is in house market. Here is why. We met Steven at an open house and was impressed by his professionalism and personality. We are first-time home owners in the market, and have a lot of stupid questions. After couple weeks and several rounds of email communications, we found Steven to be very responsive, detail oriented, patient to understand our need and provide advise. We then decided to contract Steven as our realtor. His is very professional at setting up a timeline for us to do the house search step by step. We first browsed lots of properties online and communicated likes and dislikes, so he further understood our needs and analyze the pros and cons of each one. We feel much more educated in all aspects of home buying along the way. What impressed me the most was the actual visits of the potential new homes he has set up for us. Based on the previous understanding and communication, Steven prepared a list of houses that are tailored to our needs. Then for the two full weekends, that is four days, Steven drove us around Houston, including Pearland, Katy, Richmond, and Rosenberg, in almost every MPC we were interested in. This is his way to better understand the client's need and works pretty well for us. He did an excellent job putting himself in our shoes and think for us. We put in an offer on the spot when we visited a new home. All of us were impressed by that house and the price. Then Steven first asked us what did we think of the house, and communicated he thought this was the best one among all we have seen, and recommend we make an offer since this was a good deal and probably won't last long. We love the house and definitely agreed, and with the advice from Steven, we were very confident to make an offer on the spot. Steven stepped further to help negotiate the deal included all upgraded appliances. We definitely did much better than ourselves and that was goal for us as first-time home owner. Steven is dedicated in the whole process from start to finish, and is always responsive. We are living in the new home now and still thankful for having him as our realtor. ”

“If you're looking for a GOOD optometrist, then you should stop reading this review. However, if you're interested in selecting an EXCEPTIONAL optometrist, then I urge you to continue reading. Honestly. I've worn glasses for almost 50 years, and during that time period I've had a range of optometrist--from okay to very good. So, suffice it to say, I know when one is good: And Dr. Salchak is exceptional. First and most importantly, he's competent. I first visited with Dr. Salchak when I had difficulty wearing a new pair of glasses. I'd had my annual eye exam performed by another doctor, and the prescription in one lens was too strong. Succintly, I felt as if my glasses were fighting me. Just by chance, I saw Dr. Salchak. After an examination, he immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. So, this year, when it was time for my annual exam, guess whom I chose as my optometrist? Dr. Salchak. This time, I was experiencing another problem related to my tear ducts. Once again, Dr. Salchack came to the rescue. He calmly talked me through a process that I've been dreading. He also accurately identified the solution to a problem that I was experiencing with a pair of glasses (out of which I was unable to read, even though they are progressive lens). In addition to be amazingly competent, Dr. Salchak is professional, friendly, kind, generous with his time, and he's surrounded by a wonderful staff. One of whom is Ashley Guillory, and she is the world's best optician. Really. I can't tell you how much angst I experience going through the process of getting my glasses fitted, and hoping that the optician does a proper job. What good is it to buy new frames (I have several pairs), get an eye exam, and then NOT be able to use the glasses because they have not been fitted properly? Ashley is the cure. She is skilled and she's personable. Ashley spent well over 45 minutes with me. She ensured that my new glasses were fitted/positioned accurately. And she corrected a problem with another pair of glassses from which I could not read (consistent with Dr. Salchak's diagnosis and guidance). Lastly, (and no less important) there are two wonderful staff members: Megan and Jenny. Megan is that drop of sunshine who will greet you at the front desk. She personifies kindness, and has a warm, friendly spirit. And Jenny will begin your initial exam. She's kind, considerate, friendly, and a ssimply wonderful listener. Last Saturday, as I was leaving Dr. Salchak's office (the one located in Missouri City), I thanked the staff because I'd had a simply wonderful and very enjoyable time. In fact, I'd almost forgotten to pay! Thank you, Dr. Salchak, Ashley, Megan and Jenny!! A very happy customer: Dr. D. W. Ridley”

I changed my dentist to him after a prior dentist was trying to tell me I needed my teeth removed or all crowned or whatever! Either case his practice is ethical. His staff are sweet and receptive. “I broke part of a tooth that had an old silver filling and made an appointment with Dr. Grizzle for an emergency repair. I fully expected to need a cap and/or a root canal. Dr. Grizzle offered the opinion that a less invasive approach is always preferable whenever possible. He painlessly anesthetized the tooth without numbing my entire mouth, gave me a new filling and intuitively worked to get my bite perfect. I would describe Dr. Grizzle's dental work as excellent and I have absolutely no post treatment pain. He and his entire staff were very friendly and welcoming and the office environment was beautiful.”

“I just have to tell folks about the GREAT experience we had at the Goodyear Tire Center on I-10 E in Katy, TX! My sister was traveling in her RV and noticed one tire had gone flat; we stopped at a service station on Cane Island Parkway but the air pump wouldn't go high enough to fill her tire. She noticed the Goodyear Center on the opposite side of the highway, so we drove over and asked if someone could please fill the tire. The technician was SO friendly and helpful; he filled the tire, put in some "Fix a Flat" spray to be sure it would stay inflated, and then checked the pressure on all of her other tires. When we asked what we owed him, he said "Nothing"; we offered him money as a thank-you but he said he was truly glad to be of service. What a knight of the road! I will give Goodyear all my tire business from now on; they provided outstanding service and pretty much rescued my sister from what could have been a roadside calamity!”
