“Very friendly staff. They do a lot of activities and do trips to places like the Blue Bell Factory and Miller Outdoor Theater. Dawn takes some of the residents to the park and mall frequently. It's a very calm environment, but very home like. The view outside is beautiful. I love looking at the oak trees in the back. The staff plays card games with the residents almost every day. The residents have call buttons if they need fast care. The food is homemade and fresh. They serve well proportioned meals.”

“I haven't worked out in forever, but was ready to make a change and up for the challenge. Danielle had a 6 week challenge that I joined and it taught me so much about not only fitness, but also nutrition which is a huge component to our health. I was apprehensive because I've heard there's a lot of injuries with Cross Fit, however this gym is the best about teaching you proper form and not pushing weight on you and you can go at your own pace. I can see how people could get injuries with Cross Fit, but not at this gym!!! After the 6 week challenge I lost 12 lbs and 12 inches and gained SO much more strength and energy! I literally feel the best that I have in years after just 6 weeks of working out and healthy eating. Danielle and Luke push you and motivate you and I'm always excited for the next class! I can definitely say that starting Cross Fit has been one if THE BEST decisions I've made. After the 6 week challenge ended yesterday I joined with a regular membership and am very excited! If you're looking for a new gym that's not your average gym like Life Time Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. and where you'll be motivated get results THIS is the place.”
