“After researching foot and ankle orthopedists, I was fortunate to fined Dr. Valdez. I was impressed with the results he had with an Olympic silver medalist in the Tom Telez/Carl Lewis sprinters' group. Over a three year period, he surgically corrected both of my Achilles' tendons. On my right foot, the amount of calcification and scar tissue had caused the tendon to completely detach from my heal. Post surgery and rehab, I was able to resume normal exercise and sports events for the first time in over 5 years. I also referred a female friend of mine who is a competitive dancer. Despite seeing other doctors, she found that her sprained ankle was getting worse. After non-surgical treatment from Dr. Valdez, her ankle healed completely in less than 2 months. She spent 30 minutes with me going over my test results, a plan of action and answered every single question I asked her. Not once did I feel rushed and I could immediately tell she genuinely cares about her patients! This was more than a 5 star visit by far! I never felt so happy leaving a doctor's office. “I have been seeing Dr Evans for 7 years now. I have seen her for pregnancy, gyno and now her med spa! I had my last baby with her who is now 6 and last year developed some complications with fibroids. Last year I had to have them removed and although the recovery was hard because it lasted 5 weeks, afterwards I feel so much better. I was scared because I thought I would have to have a hysterectomy but she assured me we did not. So Last year I had the surgery, I healed up well and Im back on track. In January, I started hormone therapy and thank heavens for Biote! I feel like a new woman! I love her nurse and she gets me in and out fast! I cannot wait to try some other stuff!
