Alltex RV in Bacliff, TX went above and beyond to get our trailer back on the road in time for our anniversary trip during Memorial Day weekend. we found out that the floor in the bathroom to our camp trailer was rotted out the morning of May 23rd while packing it up for a trip. We live in Montgomery and Darrell was EXTREMELY nice and had a tow service come and pick up our trailer the morning of the 24th and texted me pictures morning of the 25th with the completed project. We left for Galveston the 26th and was able to pick up our trailer on the way in time for our weekend beach trip. after we made it to our destination, we found that our toilet had a broken piece and was leaking (totally unrelated problem) Darrell offered to bring us a replacement piece if he had one in stock, but called back to say he was out and would have it ordered for us. You don't find GREAT customer service like that anymore. We were surprised just that he had offered to drive down to Galveston if he had it. Our floors in the trailer look amazing, even better than what the original floors looked like before the water damage. I know not every repair will be as fast as ours, but should you need a repair and want it done right the first time......hands down, this is the place to go! And incase you're wondering, Alltex RV is very affordable and more than fair priced. I've already given out referrals and have a friend that will be taking her trailer in for repairs in the near future. Thank you again Darrell, for all your hard work!!!!!
