We lived there for almost three years and the manager here name mark is excellent in how he runs the park. If you tell him about any problem he will surely address it asap. You get random dogs and some kids playing around your yard at times. Just tell Mark and he'll handle it. Overall good spot if your looking for a country feel with friendly neighbors.
I have been on line researching mobile home parks in a large area South of Houston and East of Alvin. I find your reviews to be the best and am happy that you take pride in responding to all reviews. From what I can see from the pictures you have the nicest park in that area. I think the location is perfect and I am looking forward to getting your response to the questions I asked. I moved here 3 months before hurricane ike in '08 and have enjoyed a quiet and easygoing retirement 5 blocks from galveston bay. The park mgmt has always been attentive to my concerns and able to deal with any problems
