  I can not say enough good things about them. I live in Rockport and our home was surverly damaged by Harvey. When we rebuild I wanted to add in a palapa for entertaining. Kirk came out and offered me some good advice and I settled on a size. I told him that I needed to wait a little while while I worked on my budget. Kirk kept in touch with me, but never once did I feel pressure to make the purchase! Once I had everything in place, they honored the original quote, although it was past the date range on the quote. Kirk kept me in the loop as far has the work schedule. All work was complete in a timely manor and exceeded expectations! All materials used are of great quality and the workers did not waist time getting everything put together. I do plan on using them in the near future.

  My husband and I are from Minnesota. We stopped by to take a look. Krista who is kind and very knowledgeable showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming. She told us all about the business and the products. It was very interesting. If we lived in or had a place in Texas we would definitely buy from them. Judy and Tom Hall

  This company goes above and beyond what you would expect of a company. They truly care for their customers and will constantly meet and exceed your expectations. I was curious about palapas and wanted one for my property. I was expecting a quote and that would be it. Krista personally drove me around and showed me several of their products and ran through exactly what would be done and timelines along with a detailed explanation of every cent that would be spent. I've never had a company go so far to satisfy a potential customer.

Some of you might want it to be built to code with hurricane straps and steel feet at the four corners. This company WILL get it done right . They know what they are doing . As an insurance agent, I will only promote what I know is good for my customers. The workmanship is state of the art . There is a level of creativity in this company that is like nothing else I have ever seen. You might ask how I know first hand , well this is also my family . I’m very proud to promote them. I know them well and the type of commitment they make for their clients. You need to know going in that there are only expected dates of completion on these types of products . They are dealing with weather and are only going to use the best materials. Go in with the expectations of ... I’m using this company not because they are the “cheapest “ that is not what you want anyway . You get what you pay for . Do not cut corners on this type of product . Please go to them for their experience , and commitment they have to their clients . The future client will have a happily ever after at the end of the job . That’s the mission . The end result.
