I was led to Dr. Sanders at Bay Colony Chiropractic 15 years ago due to complicated spinal challenges that other chiropractors in this area couldn't ever seem to manage. Since then I've consistently received superlative chiropractic care by Dr. Donna Sanders and have been virtually pain-free. Moreover, Dr. Sanders' incomparable competence and unwavering commitment to patient care is closely mirrored by the staff at Bay Colony Chiropractic, who consistently demonstrate high levels of customer care in a low-pressure environment. I normally don't write reviews but I did notice the negative review and was scratching my head because that Reviewer's experience couldn't be more different than mine. A lot of us in this area are still recovering from Hurricane Harvey and I guess all offices have bad days, but in my experience over 15 years Bay Colony Chiropractic is absolutely top-notch.
Dr. Sanders and her staff are wonderful. Everyone knows your name and treats you like family. I love how they celebrate holidays and birthdays openly in the office-- feels like a family! They do several HUGE office fundraisers during the year for various local charities. Dr. Sanders is intelligent, professional, and a great asset to the community.
I had chronic, daily pain that prevented me from daily activities and work as an equine veterinarian. I had seen over 6 chiropractors before Dr. Sanders who helped some but after seeing Dr .Sanders my spine and whole body is healthy and functioning optimally. My back and neck don't hurt, my allergies and sinus infections are drastically improved, I'm less anxious and feel great! Dr. Sanders is caring, straight forward and really cares about your health. The whole staff is great!
I've been going here for the last few years. The receptionist works to make sure your appointment works best for your schedule. Dr. Sanders explains everything from start to finish- from what she is going to do, why she does it, and what it will cost. I was so upset to see the damage from Harvey but the whole office quickly got it back up and running so she could continue to heal her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Sanders and her whole team- you won't regret it.
This place is awesome and they were very honest!! Dr. Sanders has helped me heal my body and continues to do outstanding work. I knew what the price would be up front and then what the entire process of treatment would cost and involve. She and her staff are excellent to work with in all aspects. Thank you all for giving me back my health!!!
