After some questionable billing issues, I have to say that the staff handled all of my concerns in a very expedient and professional manner. I was very impressed with how the office is run and how quickly the billing issues were resolved. That doesn't usually happen with large companies so was pleasantly surprised.

I was treated at Victory Breast diagnostic in August, for the first time. I was surprised to see such a comfortable waiting room and dressing rooms: very homey, uphostered chairs, nicely decorated. In the main waiting room there are large black & white photographs of patients who I'm assuming had successful diagnostic and treatment.
Dr. Susan Gaskell, Medical Director, checked up on everything. The technicians who gave me an ultrasound and another who gave me a mammogram were very nice: explained what was going to happen, and were happy to answer questions. A pleasant surprise all around. Thank You.
I'm going back for a checkup this coming month I give them 5 stars all around.
