Tried to get my phone number fixed on my own for 8 days with Family T-Mobile customer service and even talked with corporate which they said they couldnt fix the issue and i must get a new number. I gave up and went to this store. This place is awesome, they fixed my issue within 30 mins and I got my original phone number back. Excellect customer service! I recommend them 100%.
Great Service . I fixes couple of phones and did excellent repair service.
There are 2 T-Mobile stores closer to me, but this is the one that I go to because they have the best customer service!!
They can and do explain your bill, help you with any problem or concern that you might have, and do all of this in a very friendly manner. Most of the stores recommend one brand over the others but here they listen to what you are looking for and then begin finding the right product for you.
I highly recommend this store to everyone.
