I’m so glad I found this office. The people are so friendly and Dr. Marcantel is amazing, friendly and super personable.
AWESOME!!! Everyone from reception to nurses to Dr. Marcantel are fantastic! My appointments have not been rushed and the care given has been thorough - most importantly, they listened! I have never had an experience such as this. I am so glad I changed clinics to this clinic. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL CARE!!!
My new patient scheduled appointment was @ 8:15 AM, and i was told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. I arrived @ 8. I saw a lady walking in and unlock the door and decided to follow her in. She never said hello or good morning or have a seat someone will be right with you. In fact she seemed very bothered. I waited for her to turn her computer on and to my surprise she was the front desk receptionist! I think her name was Stephanie? The very first thing she said to me was, I need your insurance and drivers license, then handed me a clipboard in a demanding sort of way. I remember having to ask her if she could please turn on the lights so i could see what i was completing. Needless to say i turned in the paperwork and by that time another lady arrived and she was waiting too. But i was embarrassed when Stephanie asked me about one of the questions i answered on my paperwork, because it was in front of the other lady who arrived for her appointment. It was about my period and she said "you don't know when your last menstrual cycle was?" I felt that she could have asked me in more private way. Never the less, i ended up seeing Dr. Jaime Garza at 8:35 and she was awesome!
My complaint was only with the front desk lady other than that my experience was good. Thank you!
This was my first visit at this location. The office was very clean and festive for the holidays. The staff was prompt and very polite, however I felt that some things could have been explained a bit more since it was my first visit and I didn’t know where certain things were and wanted a better understanding of what to expect from my visit as a first time mother. The doctor was great and listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. She referred me to a chiropractor to help with my headaches which I am eager to go do ASAP. Sarah did my blood work and made it easy and fun with her great personality. Between this location and their other in League City, I am very pleased and excited to have them with me on this journey from start to finish. I like them so much that I am continuing as a patient here even though they are out of network with my insurance. Excited for my next visit with practitioner Jamie Garza who always makes me feel comfortable.
