Head nurse Sandra and Assistant head nurse Courtney are very hard working and friendly. Their nurse staff and Cnas work well together taking care of residents. Kitchen staff works hard make sure residents are fed and ask them if need help. Physical therapy is through getting residents better. Raymond administrator walks halls, observes the staff, checks on rooms and residents.
I've recently visited this facility and found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the workings of long term care. The administrative staff is very hands-on with staff and patients to ensure a quality facility for their residents.
Awesome staff! Jacobi is very knowledgeable about the workings of the facility and makes sure the job gets done. Always a please to speak with the staff while visiting my loved ones.
