I had a case of ID fraud from a traffic stop in a town in north Texas, the result of which led to warrants issued in my name. After nearly a month of emails and phone calls to the towns courthouse, which led to nowhere, I filed a report with the department and met with Detective Bacon today. I can honestly say that I have never met a detective in any city more professional and caring about the citizens they serve. He sat down with me and allowed me to present my case, unlike the officials of the town in which I was accused, investigated and obtained more info than I was given by said town, and even called the towns" courthouse on my behalf while I was there. The result is the case was dropped and my name cleared. As a citizen and a business owner in the city of Friendswood, I am proud to know that officials at the F.P.D. like Detective Bacon serve their city and citizens the way they do. Thanks Again Detective!!!!!
Placed the cuffs on loosely and their car had adequate room. Very respectful and did their job. 5/5 would get arrested by them again.
Even though I have not applied yet I would like to. I spoke with their recruiter; Lt Reyna, and he has been hands down the most helpful officer I have had the opportunity to speak with. I got out the military about a year ago, and he gave me a lot of excellent information for pursuing my new career.
Very polite officer I talk to him with respect and he treated me with respect and very polite he ask why I made a turn I told I have crazy girlfriend that doesn’t know what she wants to eat. He understood.
Best family of officers I've met! Dispatchers ARE kind and helpful. Please realize the characters these people have to deal with, they should be on guard. But, they are very helpful to our community!
