  I started here with no previous experience with any of the classes offered. The instructors make it understandable, they are clear and thorough in their direction and the overall feeling going into the studio is restorative. 3 weeks in & I feel great and I'm excited to get to each class.

  We're visiting from out of town so I called to see if I could drop in for a class. Start to finish, Courtney and Lisa were so welcoming and wonderful. Thank you for a lovely practice!

  The Body Space is an outstanding studio! I love everything about this place!! The studio itself is bright, beautiful, clean and full of energy. They offer a variety of classes such as barre, pilates, yoga and mixed cardio. All the instructors are outstanding, caring, motivational and full of knowledge. I have learned so much good stuff about me and my body and what I am capable of doing. Thanks Body Space team!

  Fabulous studio. Makes me feel like i’m Exercising in a treehouse. Come have fun and see results! Fantastic instructors and a welcoming atmosphere. Just do your best and have fun!

  Love the variety of classes-and the top notch instructors. My body has shaped up tremendously in just one month. Love the Barre and cardio classes the best. Check it out-I think you will feel right a home.
