(May 7, 2018, 10:19 am)The owner (Mike) makes sure to call everyone by name, engages them with conversation, walks around and cleans the equipment, and plays good music. There are plenty of treadmills and cardio machines as well as hand-run machines and free weights available. He also provides water and coffee. The gym is super clean.

(February 10, 2018, 1:16 am)No, there's no tanning bed or pool. There's a clean gym with considerate patrons (there's always that ONE person tho), a great owner, and an adorable cat named Pumpkin. Everything is kept in great shape and that makes it easier to get yourself in great shape. You can't even complain about the hours. You're given a 24/7 access code.
