Recently, we had a once in a lifetime experience with Wendell & Carol Odorizzi.

We asked them to give us an opinion of what our Galveston vacation rental home might be worth if we decided to put it on the market. So they looked at the house and commented on it's value. The paperwork laid on our dining room table for nearly a month until we decided to give them a call to set up a meeting to list it.

The next morning I received a call from Carol asking if we could show it. Because it is a vacation rental, I was asked if I would explain the business side of our rental and agreed to meet with the buyer's Realtor and the wife the next morning. I went over everything with the potential buyer and later that afternoon I got another call. This time I was asked to meet with both the husband and wife.

The next day we had a full price contract and a 30 day closing. This offer was made 1 day before we were scheduled to leave on a cruise. During our absence, Carol Odorizzi handled some unexpected situations very professionally and in the end guided us through some tricky negotioations and also managed to move the closing up by 14 days.
