  Owner is easy to work with. The house is nice and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. We had a small mechanical issue when we arrived, and within an hour of calling the owner had a repair worker at the house--problem solved. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable, with a nice deck and also a great covered area on the ground level. I would definitely rent this home again.

  Extremely comfortable and well-appointed lodging, a short walk or bike ride to the beach. There is a large deck to hang out on outside, three bedrooms with top linens and bedding. Very relaxing! There's a small store nearby for any quick food or beverage needs. Kitchen has everything one desires. I can't wait to stay there again!

  Great location on Pirates Beach! This charming house was minutes from the beach and the deck was seconds away from instant relaxation. The owner was easy to get in touch with and helpful. When we come back to Galveston, we will head right to Coconut Villa.

  We had a great time at Coconut Villa. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the house had all of the amenities, including a coffee grinder! The fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the deck was nice for evening lounging. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the distance from the beach (short drive or 8 minute walk). Not a big deal though, we knew that before booking.

  I have stayed at Coconut Villa several times and love the layout of the home and the convenient location. While it's not right on the beach, you can get a glimpse of it from the deck and can smell the salt air in the breeze. The beach is easily within walking distance or you can drive an park right at the beach entrance if you have a lot of gear.
  
  I love the homey feel of Coconut Villa. It doesn't feel like a rental. We have enjoyed many evenings grilling out on the deck, sipping wine and enjoying the coastal breeze. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. There are quality linens and pillows in each room.
  
  The other thing we love is the location. You have the quiet and amenities of Pirate's Beach but close to the seawall and downtown. There are quick markets and restaurants in Pirate's Beach as well. Having access to the country club is a plus! When we have been tired of the beach we would go over to swim or play golf. You can also grab a lunch or dinner there.
  
  For the price and location, I love this property.
