  It was clean and staff is friendly. The rooms were nice, great view if you can get rooms on the ocean side. Nice pool and facilities to make your stay comfy.

  Very nice place. Solid and dependable, clean, nice staff. I don’t expect much from hotel breakfast and it was decent enough. My 2 comments for this place to consider are: you need another waffle maker, the waffle maker is clearly the centerpiece and main event of the breakfast line and with only 1 it got backed up pretty well. And the other thing is your coffee could use some work. I’m not expecting Gourmet, but it should at least taste like coffee not just be coffee colored water.
  That’s it, 2 very minor complaints. I definitely would recommend this place and stay here again.

  Nice room. Location was nice. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok. Didn't like that the little store at the front desk was cash only. I would stay here again.

  My husband and I made a last minute decision to come to Galveston. We didn't have any reservations any where and got lucky! As soon as I entered the building it smelled so good and was very clean. Our rooms where just the same. Rene Allen was our front desk manager and made our stay so very pleasant! She was very helpful and gave us great tips on where to go. Sam and all the staff where very friendly and polite! Thank you guys! We really appreciate you!!

  We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus Seawall Inn in Galveston. The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful especially Rene at the front desk, which made this a wonderful stay! The rooms were fairly nice sized. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms and entire hotel were very clean. It was great to be within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the microwave and refrigerator - definitely a plus! We loved having a Gulf view- so peaceful. It was great to be able to see the sunrise, too. We would definitely stay here again!
