Fish Tales

Took our family of 6 here for some good food and a bit of fun. We were not disappointed. Vanessa was our server and she was great. Her recommendations were spot on and she was extremely attentive. We will be back for sure. Food was fantastic. Make sure you make reservations. Save room for Ice Cream. We didn't and it made us kinda sad but after our entrees we couldn't eat another bite.

This place was a good visit. Food and service was a very good experience. Very lively place, when I went on the weekend it was very busy. Luckily we made a reservation ahead of time. I really recommend trying the shrimp kisses, these were amazing. Good drinks! Lots of options including a fish bowl drink. Their was also a magician and a balloon guy walking around performing mini shows...not sure how often they do that but it was cool. The place has 2 floors, both dining rooms are a good experience. Also has a balcony dining area. You do have to pay for parking, the parking lot is a nice size once you get in. If your looking for a nice Galveston dining experience, this is a winner.

The food and drinks were great, the atmosphere was good. I would have given 5 stars but our service could have been more prompt and attentive. We ate upstairs on the balcony. The place is on the Strand across from the famous pier. Great time

Great food reasonably priced. We both got fried seafood platter. Good cocktail selection and great service. Parking lot beside will validate for two hours. Very nice surprise in a tourist trap area.

We sat out on the upper balcony and overlooked the pier. Under the umbrellas was comfortable. Great stuffed salmon and if you park in the ticket lot behind the building, the host will validate your parking to free on your way out. Good time to sit and relax. Our server was very knowledgeable too.
