(April 7, 2019, 3:41 pm)We loved our stay in this hotel!! Loved the staff! Very friendly and helpful. Husband and I stayed in 5th floor and the ocean view is even better! Room very clean, awesome ac! The restroom very modern, lot of towels, just a Great room! Breakfast was great! Can’t say nothing bad! So much variety and staff was always checking up on the food. First time at a hotel in Galveston. Such a great stay! Please don’t listen to any bad reviews, you judge for yourself! This is our go to hotel from now on in Galveston! Highly recommend this hotel 1,000,000 % for sure!!

The only reasons I do not give it 5 stars is they didn't have a shuttle and they didn't have flavored coffee creamer until we were checking out. Yes we would stay at this hotel again and again. The view was amazing as well.

(March 28, 2019, 6:37 pm)It was one of the best mid range hotels we have stayed in on Galveston. Most of the hotels here are a bit more rough then I am used to. This one was pretty clean and well kept. They did have a kerfuffle during breakfast because of a breaker being down in the kitchen but otherwise it was fine. The view was absolutely stunning and my husband and I loved sipping coffee on the balcony looking out onto th he ocean. We will likely be back.

(February 26, 2019, 12:15 pm)Best Western Plus Galveston Suites was a wonderful hotel choice for us to stay with our two-year-old grandson. The room was perfect, very roomy, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions and have had a great experience both times. For the most recent visit we were there for four nights. The location is right across from the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly, quick to help with any request we had. Canyon, the front desk representative was informative about the different restaurants in the area and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast area was very clean and has many choices. Louis, was there working on the days we stayed and made sure we had what we needed. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Galveston area.
