Had a bit of a hiccup, which will happen now and then running/owning any business but what was important to me is they made it right. even though I said I understood what happened and they didn't have to do anything about it, a gentleman there insisted.
I wouldn't have posted a bad review if they hadn't shown such great customer service, but I am more than happy to post an excellent review as my gratitude for it. They have my business and I would recommend them to anyone.
Also, I didn't get to thank the 2 guys who loaded my boat for me and put me in contact with the person I needed to talk to. They were very professional and also seemed genuinely sorry for the mishap, even though they had nothing to do with it. Which shows me the employees there have pride, not only for their work but the employer they work for. -
