  Today I took my pups in for a routine nail trim. When we arrived I could tell immediately that another pet parent was faced with saying goodbye to her fur baby. My heart was with her, I felt a heaviness in her spirit. After the family went into the room, the staff at Bayside turned down the music in the clinic, put up signs and two LED candles announcing that another pet parent was saying goodbye to a loved one today, and to please speak softly and respectfully. I was so touched my the kindness and love offered by the clinic to their clients! I had loved Bayside before but I have a whole new level of love and respect for this practice. Bless you all!

  Staff and Dr were very caring when we had to send our dog Bo over the rainbow bridge. Thank you very much.

  I found a stray dog at work in August and this is the only place I'll take him. From his initial visit when they squeezed him in at the last minute the day I found him. The staff is top notch, and are always welcoming. Cooper's favorite person there is Heather, who has been his vet tech on all our visits. Both Dr. Thornburg and Dr. Murphy have treated him and they are excellent vets. Yes, it's pricey but there's a reason they have a high review score. Worth every penny.

  When it was time to send my best friend to the Rainbow Bridge I did not know what to expect. The staff here took care of me and my beloved friend. They explained the process and gave me time to say goodbye. The staff was very caring and compassionate. I also received her paw prints and ashes. Thank you for all you do. R.I.P. Venus

  We are always happy with our visits here. All of the doctors and staff care about you and your pups and go out of their way to make you feel important. I would definitely recommend them!
