    Phillip was awesome. He explained all aspects of the plan and had a great attitude through it all. All concerns were meet with answers and he just made the whole process go smoothly! ????

    Clarissa was absolutely amazing and helped me so much! She is so delightful and very patient. I really appreciated her service and will always use this location because of her. The location I used last time was horrible and the manager really screwed us over. They didn’t seem to care about the costumer.

    Both my son and I have had wonderful experiences being helped by Josh at the Kemah store. He is very knowledgeable, very professional, and, most important to us...very patient. We will always go out of our way to seek him out. Fantastic customer service!

    Josh is VERY knowledgeable. My husband and I were switching from iPhone to Samsung Galaxies. He was very informative about the switch. Not only that, but Josh genuinely cares about getting you the best deal. We will never work with anyone in the phone business besides Josh. He definitely takes the time to get to know his customers!

    This location is great!! It's Small yet perfect for quick stop help or shop for whatever at& t items you need. Note that they may not carry a wide selection due to the store being small. There's no wait time though ever because it's never busy. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. Along with being knowledgeable on what you need. I love going in here and getting out quickly.
