When I call about any issues I'm having with my car, he responds within a reasonable amount of time, is always courteous and professional. I recently needed to purchase another vehicle for my son and I, but was worried I would get taken advantage of. Eric made sure to recommend a very reliable car with the assurance that he would check everything for mine and my son's safety. So far, he has upheld his promise and the car is running beautifully. (August 20, 2018, 10:33 am)Would 100% recommend this place. We are from Houston and as my fiance were running wedding errands the water pump on our car went out. After calling roadside a big long process we ended up at EG Auto. Not only were they open on a Saturday but they were very professional and kept us in the loop with what was going on , plus they got the job done THAT DAY! And at a very reasonable price might I add. If you are in the area and need vehicle work done, they should be your first stop!
