  Just before Christmas we bought this bike for my son. So, a little time went by before we got to ride it, break it in and were able to find a couple of minor issues. Even though it was outside the 30 day warranty period, I reached out to Albert and Jerry in sales and service. It was our first new 2 stroke and KTM, so they spent time with me on the phone troubleshooting and we're very patient with my questions while I was trying to verify whether or not I needed to bring it in for work or if I could work out the bugs myself. Well, I wasn't happy with the results and thought it needed more attention, so I talked to Albert and he said just bring it in and they will take care of it. As life goes, another week had gone by until I was able to get it to them. They were able to check it out and correct the issue at no charge the same day! Service after the sale is often lacking at many places, but here it is Valued and I am sure if I have any issues with the next ride I buy they will be there for me! Anytime I spend my hard earned money, I always price around and compare to get the best deal, which they had. To have a great price and customer service is the unbeatable. Because of this positive experience I Will Be a Return Customer! My son is on cloud 9 with his upgrade from a beat up old bike! THANK YOU Albert and Jerry

  Purchased over 4 bikes from them over the past 6 years and always had a great experience! Mike sold me my last purchase and was very knowledgeable and patient. He never tried to force anything I didn’t need and made sure I got the right bike and fitting for my size. These guys care and take pride in their work.. They even installed my luggage from my previous bike to the new one for free. Repeat customer for life!

  I am absolutely amazed at how awesome this company is. I live several states away and every time I call for parts or service these guys go above and beyond to help me. They answer every question and walk me through any issues I have with my jet ski with such patience and professionalism. I trust them completely and only wish they were in my state. Their YouTube videos are spot on. Truly a superb company. Thank you guys for all you do !!!
