Used them several times for my home and rent house. Was very pleased. I originally posted that I couldn't find Andrew, but ultimately found him and has done more work for us. Highly recommend!

Andrew is a true professional. Called him late on a Friday for an emergency job and he responded quickly, did not stop until the job was done and did excellent work. I would recommend him for anyone needing his type of service.

I have always heard horror stories about having to call a plumber on a Sunday... Andrew with Rose Sewer & Drain Service dispelled every one of my fears about having to do this. Andrew is one of the most pleasant and capable people I have ever hired to do work in my home. We called him on a Sunday morning for help with our garbage disposal and kitchen sink and we are so happy to have found him! He asked many questions over the phone to ensure he brought the correct materials, he arrived within the hour, at the exact time he said he would come and he quickly fixed our issue at the exact, fair price he quoted over the phone. He even spent extra time educating my husband on how to prevent future issues and how to fix future issues ourselves. Andrew is an honest, straightforward, trustworthy and skilled plumber. He is also a friendly, likable guy who will put you at ease immediately. We will call him and NO ONE ELSE for any future problems. We plan on recommending him to all of our friends and co-workers. His 5-star rating online is no lie; he does excellent work for an incredible price! DO NOT waste your time with other plumbers, Andrew will fix your issue!

He came out and swiftly unclogged the issue, then stayed longer to ensure that the problem really was resolved. This man knows what he's doing & is passionate about it, too.

2 months in our new house and the sewer backs up! After searching online I found Andrew and saw these great reviews. Unfortunately, he was in North Carolina at the time. I contacted my Home Warranty and they sent "their guy" over. He took one look at the line and said it was definitely tree roots, and it wasn't covered. I immediately text Andrew who said he'd come over as soon as he got back and look at it for free. He got back into town very late Sunday night and was at my house Monday. He actually looked at the problem, blew the line out with his high pressure sprayer and now PROBLEM GONE! All within an hour and much cheaper than what I believe any one else would have done it for.
