Sensei Chau comes up with fun new workouts each class, that are less than an hour-great for busy schedules. He is so positive and motivating -I enjoy coming to class each week!

Kids are happy and have fun, great after school and summer program. Staff are amazing and teach the kids so much. -

(February 7, 2019, 10:03 am)I've had my son there since Summer last year (2018) and he enjoys it. They find fun things to do daily during the holidays too. The venue is kept very clean, the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
