Clear Creek Emergency Room- A Village Emergency Center

I had a great experience at this ER. The staff were kind, the doctor caring and the facility looked very nice and clean.

The nurse doesn't even let you wait in the waiting room here, as they brought me back the second I signed in.

I can't explain why someone would rate them low for pretending to be an urgent care, when the sign out front says "Emergency Room" really big, and it's in English. There was a sign on the front door and main desk that said they were an ER and there was a paper I signed in my registration packet that said it was an ER.

I guess for a few things an urgent care might be cheaper, but get a bad cut after 9pm and try and find one open (there aren't any). Also, it's nice to be seen by a real doctor without waiting 3 hours in a hospital waiting room.

Great staff, including nurse and doctor who were both very caring.
Most importantly: THERE IS NO WAITING HERE!

You get seen within 10 minutes of coming in the door. What a great experience.

Went there for the first time and it was a wonderful experience, especially on a Holiday. Dr. Caruso and staff were extremely patient orientated in their care. They listened and we together made the best decision for my care. Excellent!!

The doctor and nurse were both unbelievably kind and helpful. They were sympathetic to me and did what ever they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Rosines was great and the facility was new and beautiful. It's basically a luxury ER experience for League City. Why anyone would not come here to get healed is beyond me.
