  I was there this past week for some routine maintenance and the blower fan on my Ford F-150 was randomly on, or off, unresponsive to the control. They did all the routine stuff and checked out the blower situation, unable to duplicate the problem I was having, of course. I went in to pick it up and just before I drove off the blower was stuck on. I went ack in and they got right on it, located the problem, ordered the part from Ford, which was delivered within 20-30 minutes and had it fixed while I chatted with a couple people in their comfy waiting room. It turned out to be the blower motor resistor. They spent the extra time, and fixed the problem and I was on my way. Those guys are great!

  so I needed my truck inspected and yes they inspected it. quickly. but the place just felt good. not real sure why it just had a good feel to it and yeah what I needed done was done quicker than expected. the guys were great, very friendly.

  Walk-in appointment they took me right away! It was only 30 minutes for a routine oil change and check up for maintenance. Louetta employees were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends and family.

  I've taken my cars and trucks to these folks since they opened the Egret Bay store. Excellent work, never a hassle or hard-sell for upgrades. Very knowledgeable about their business, and they've never turned anything down. Reasonable prices, speedy turnaround and excellent people who know their mission. I recommend them to everyone I know.

  Love Louetta Automotive, League City!!!!!! Only place I take my vehicles for repairs and service. They are trustworthy, dependable, fair, honest, and kind. Great waiting room with coffee. Beto is the best. I highly trust his wisdom, insights, and recommendations. He’s a great guy and super hospitable. I have never felt and/or experienced Louetta trying to sell me more than I need. Shuttle service to work/home is so convenient. Highly recommend them for car repairs.
