  When my wife and I arrived we did not know what model we really wanted. The salesman was very helpful and let us test drive anything we needed. We ended up buying a 2020 GLE 350. Very awesome car.

  I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Clear Lake and have been pleased both times. The level of customer service is First Class! We purchased a vehicle and it didn’t exactly fit the needs of our family, they helped us to get into a new vehicle and we couldn’t be more pleased! They truly took care of us and we will definitely use them again! April and Jimmy have taken care of us above and beyond any other dealership we have ever used! Thank you for all your help ????

  I recently had Services completed on my vehicle. My service agent was Christopher Rodriguez. He was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, polite,professional,and his response time on returning text messages was amazing. Chris is an excellent Service Agent and he's not afraid to get a little dirt on his hands. :) I wanted to check something on my vehicle and he lift the hood and pointed out something to me. When he was finish and let my hood down, he had dirt on his hands and still had a smile on his face. If I had to rate on on a scale of 1-10, I would have given him a 95. He blew my expectations out of the ball park. Thanks for being an amazing person and thanks for having integrity.
  I also wanted to add Booze the Customer Service/ Agent that greeted me serveral times when I would Drive up for Service was also Amazing. He would greet me with a smile and he's a very hard worker. He walks really quickly to get someone to assist you because he understands that the Customer is his his first priority. Now this is an example of a great consumer experience all in one place. Great snacks , service and Amazing Customer oriented employees. Thanks for making my experience terrific.

  It’s a true joy and relief to have such an awesome dealership to have my car serviced. In the three years that I have used them, I have never had a single bad experience. Everyone is always courteous and professional. Today, I had the privilege of working with Patrick Williams. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as painless and efficient as possible. Truly excellent customer service.
