  This is the fourth real estate transaction that we have completed with Chantai Brewer. Each event was the same, being smooth, seamless, problem-free, professionally executed transactions. I highly recommend her as an expert agent.

  When I found out I would be relocating to Houston for my career, I was thrilled! And then worried by having to find a place to live in a short time frame without even knowing the area. Although I have a friend who lived there for a while, he was able to recommend certain areas around and out of the city, but I still couldn’t help feeling a bit lost. While online searching for a place I saw a condo I was interested in, I ended up sending an email to Chantai Brewer for more information on the condo. She replied quickly and answered all my questions and offered to give me a tour of the place. I advised her that I was not in the city, but that I would be relocating in a few weeks and will be traveling there for a weekend and had limited time to find a place. She asked me questions about the areas I was interested in, the type of place I was looking for and price range. She asked about the dates I would be relocating and the weekend I would be traveling into town to look for a place to live and said to feel free to call or email her with any questions.
  The day before I traveled to the Houston area for the weekend, I called Chantai and she answered the phone right away and arranged several properties to view the next day. She was wonderfully kind and accommodating during the viewing process. She took me through the neighborhoods and informed me on the businesses, restaurants, parks and other recreational areas. She asked me questions to get a better understanding of what kind of place and area I wanted to live in. She is patient and completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen attentively.
  On the second day we were able to find a beautiful condo in a neighborhood I really liked and in my price range. It was my last day in the area, she was so quick to get contracts and arranged for a late meeting to sign the final documents to finish the process. Unfortunately I had to leave town and return to work before I could get the keys. Chantai stated she would be happy to pick up the keys for me and would hold on to them until I was able to return back to town in a few weeks, which was a great help to me. I definitely could not have done this without Chantai, she really looked out for me during the negotiation process. I said that I would be in that condo for at least a year until my lease contract was complete and by that time I would have been able to explore and know the area better so when it was time to move again and buy a house, I will definitely call her.
  One year and a few months later I did just that, I contacted Chantai to help me search for a home. Chantai is highly knowledgeable about the area and real estate, she knows the ins-and-outs of buying or leasing properties. She was generous in giving detailed feedback and notes in reading through HOAs, and contracts. She has great expertise and was a great help, pointing me in a good direction with lenders, helping me set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through the first home-buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for her guidance. I had a great experience working with Chantai Brewer. I couldn’t believe how considerate she was to all of my requests and questions, she is very respectful, courteous and professional. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend her.
