  Great amenities, more than friendly people. Definitely best RV park in Galveston county. Highly reccomend

  What a nice park. The only drawback is the sites are pretty narrow. My awning comes within feet of my neighbor’s when it’s out, to give you an idea. The best part is the free cable comes in clear and the free WiFi is usually fast enough for streaming. There’s a stocked pond in the middle and fishing is allowed. I don’t fish myself but I could see where that would be a plus. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

  This is very clean place. They have a pool and a small fitness center. They also have a beautiful decent size lake that you can walk all the way around.

  I would give this 5 stars for the staff alone - Becky and Larry are incredibly helpful, friendly, and keep this place in tip top shape. I have stayed here for several months at a time and for last minute overnights - Becky has always been so accommodating and helpful. Her communication is stellar. Larry is always willing to lend a helping hand, and he really makes the resort shine - the pool sparkles, the grounds are well-kept, and the amenities are fresh and clean. Knowing that Becky and Larry are keeping an eye on everything makes this place a sure thing for me. As a single woman traveling alone, I feel safe and very welcome here, which is why I keep coming back.
  
  The ONLY reason I give this park 4 stars is because of the cost. It’s so EXPENSIVE and electric is not included - at $750/mo it really SHOULD BE.
  
  I’m on an extended stay here now (3 months) and after some hazardous trips and tumultuous times I really wanted a safe and friendly place to rest and lay low for awhile. I chose to pay the higher rent for the simple fact that I adore Becky and Larry and they alone make it worth it.
