I've been renting here for years and the office manager Hailee is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If I ever come to her needing help, she works hard to take care of me right away. She's smart, capable, and treats her customers like VIP's. Thanks Hailee!

Hailee was great when we were renting. Good rates and promotions . If my husband and i or family need storage we will go back to this location.

I rented with Public Storage for only a few days. Nothing to do with them I was in the process of moving and my apartment wasn’t going to be ready for a few days. Lucky for me they had such a low rate and great promotion so I said “why not”. I went in and Hailee immediately stood up walked to me and greeted me. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS! That was the 1st time in a while someone showed that I mattered or was wanted. The process was so easy and quick that it felt like I was there for only a second (but was really 35 minutes). If I plan on moving again and need a space I will definitely go back. Hopefully Hailee sticks around for a while.

Thank you Hailee! I was not able to open my lock today. It just would not open, but thankfully i went to the front office and Hailee had this thing i am calling "the magic spray" it helped loosen it up and opened right. Thanks for being exceptional at your job!!
